We consult our clients when we take on a project in order to establish exactly what the needs, aims and general purpose of the project are. We obtain regular feedback from our clients throughout the project process in order to ensure that the project remains on track, as well as to avoid the risk of disappointment when the project is complete. To give our clients peace of mind from the very start, only a quarter of any fee is payable up front - the remainder is paid upon completion of the project to the client's satisfaction.
